Service really needs a boost during busy times!!! Gym access should definitely open earlier to cater to guests who prefer to start their day with a workout!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues can severely interrupt the experience!!!

Couple's getaway worth the price
The staff here were fantastic, especially a guy named Kyle who was there when you needed him, almost like he read your mind or somethin'. The food was real good too, tried this ice cream they had, it was to die for, swear I could feel my worries just melt away with every bite.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, still seemed worth it.

serene nature and charming history just a stroll away
my stay was truly magical as my room overlooked the soothing river Clyde, and the hotel’s unique heritage as a former cotton mill added such charm to the experience, making me wish i could have explored the surrounding area longer.

The hotel had stunning views and friendly staff, but the experience was marred by a few cold rooms and disinterested service at times. The food was quite good, making it a decent place overall for a relaxing getaway, despite some hiccups. Would consider returning for the scenery.

Comfortable but slow service
We stayed for a night in a spacious family room with a nice view. The pool was a hit with the kids! However, the restaurant was kind of a letdown. the food was overpriced and took forever. Loved the breakfast though, even if we had to hunt for coffee. Nice place overall!

Had a great time with friends at this beautiful spot! We enjoyed a relaxing visit to The Beauty Rooms at the Leisure & Beauty Club and spent our time on woodland walks at the wildlife reserve. The General Store had interesting finds open for us during our stay. Highly recommend exploring the activities available here!
The only downside was the spotty service at the restaurant. One of our meals was charged incorrectly, which caused some delays as they sorted it out.

Had a lovely 1 night stay here! The view of the river from my room was stunning, and the room itself was huge and comfy. The restaurant served a delicious dinner, but the breakfast could've been better—hollandaise sauce was a bit off. a nice spot just a skirt away from the heritage center!

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
The room was beautifully updated and comfortable. Enjoyed the stunning surroundings, but the restaurant fell short with poor service and long wait times. On-site highlights included a lovely walk through the nature trails—definitely explore those! Consider eating out for better meal options.

I relished the unique culinary offerings in the restaurant, where the whisky-cured smoked salmon was a standout dish that delighted my taste buds.
